Instead of asking how many tasks you can tackle given your working hours, ask how many you can ditch given what you must do to excel.
At the end of the day our time should be about impact and not activity! I'm having to learn to say "not right now' to minimize activity and to focus on my intentional impact. I am learning (in my old age) to reserve my "energy" for those people and projects that are most impactful to my personal vision, values, and brand!
