When working with Impacting Squared, the development journey will help leaders better engage and motivate themselves and their teammates. Our time together will take an approach that enables leaders to learn at their own pace via peer learning and impactful conversations. Depending on the program, the development experience will provide access to tools, videos and courses curated specifically for your organization and aligned with your specific goals. The topics identified will guide you in working through questions -- such as “what motivates me as a leader/employee and what do my peers value" and “how do I ensure I am influencing others in a way that gets us each to stretch and grow, also allowing me to lift my head up to see the big picture?”
